The reason he did the RS was because no convertible debt lender will lend money on a stock at the low sub penny price where sfor was. Unfortunately this is the latter stages of an UN fixable death spiral that has consumed sfor.
It’s the same every time I see it. Look, if they have no real revenue why would anyone buy in? Also Mark has evaded every question on contracts and revenue. It seems that the Zoom promotion was staged at just the same time as the announcement of the RS to help move the price up for that event. Desperation is in the air. Sorry, I’m an investor also, and not happy.
