the 1st and last thing we heard form the new ceo was a may
the 1st and last thing we heard form the new ceo was a may 2013 pr which stated:
"on May 19, 2013, PMV successfully shipped 68,069 Tons of Iron Ore from Ensenada aboard a Panamax Bulker (a first for Baja California minerals), of which 45,000 Tons were that material previously sold but quarantined by the Customs authorities and only recently released, plus 23,000 Tons of other inventory."
that ilia ship was a result of bob winning a lawsuit against the port- i've explained the back ground many times before
initially we had reports of more activity than before in 2013 but never officially heard from the new ceo again who posted under a moniker on a basher board that he had no responsibility to keep stockholders informed but was seeking negotiations re a plant to upgrade the ore-such plants are almost essential in the usa, where ore % is ca only 50%?and where impurities are a large % of the ore
apparently activities immediately ceased after the last witness report of activity for by the time longs Leross and rkc(sp?)visited c Oct 1,2014 there was no activity
new ceo didnt register w otc or other sites i know of-part of a long array of bizarre events attacking CWRN and or its stock
suits by old ceo to recover his equipment etc
the normal bankruptcy proceedings -where longs could press their claims as creditors -were also bizarrely bypassed- i kept waiting for such-but we were snowballed by lack of info after may 2013
longs wanted to sue new ceo- obvious blatant violation of fidicuary duty and disclosure etc but, since we were never officially told anything after the may 2013 PR
our suit would've been at the back of a long line of many other suits against the new ceo and the likelihood of recovery after a long legal battle costing hundreds of thousands was remote,as there were insufficient assets to recover from, esp as longs were not 1st in line
the surface landowner says he is going to mine himself and says he now has bobs equipment-but he is dong so privately, not as some continuation of public cwrn
so cwrn has been delisted- you can read prior posts of mine for further info re the non-ending strange turn of events
bob had hoped to reward longs somehow in connection with his new private mine but was stonewalled in those efforts also -
this was all fallout from a high political persons decision that all business was evil and had to be destroyed and his unconstitutional unprecedented reported orders to agencies and other entities to destroy low penny stocks -thousands of which were unlawfully restricted without warning or due process-a taking of longs stocks in the hundreds of millions- imo by far part of the largest political scandal ever in the usa- as those in the know were watching a jaw dropping dictatorship taking effect-which thus had scores of millions of americans believing that political authority was the antichrist
