Can anybody explain the connection between QMC and QMVT? Who was the joint venture with? Why are we signing over patents to QMVT? Do common shareholders get a part of QMVT? Could this be a way to take the most important part of the business private and leave QMC shareholders holding the bag? Confused what this is all about.
