Some nuggets stroke me:
1) The numbers from Nader are VERY telling. We got some worse of the worst patients in the hospital 3 Critical, 8 Severe. Of the Critical 2 are recovered and one in 30% ventilator. Of the other 8, 6 recovered and two not showing (showed) improvement. This is close to 73% recovery with patients in very bad shape !!!.
2) According to Dr. L we choose “the right target” (for those COVID retractors) and “we will have a drug that will be approved”. And yes, let me repeat what other have pointed out already: "The God of the Universe has smiled on CytoDyn”. Yes Sir, and us investors !!!
3) The possibility of an early approval in the U.K. is exciting !!! and will make a huge difference in the stock price if it becomes a reality. It will be the dam beginning to crumble Can’t wait ...
4) The cancer work is I still ongoing as is enrolling, two more samples received by Dr. Patterson today.
5) According to Drs. P and L Remdesivir is not competition for Leronlimab, is an apple to oranges comparison and this is an orange condition. And, according to Dr. L ,COVID will be here for long time and we will be part of allowing society to open up, in lack of a vaccine.
6) But, maybe the most interesting part was that of Influenza (a $6 Billion/year market). Dr. L said that we that will be with us for long time. I have goosebumps with only thinking about this. A back-of-napkin calculation yields more than $50 dollars SP (influenza only).
A very solid conference by all involved ( I have to admit that I missed Christine but the world is not perfect). Next week might bring us a surprise from the U.K. and the BLA submission.
“ We are cooking with gas”
Have a great weekend you all !!!
