Maybe we do get out free here with no toxic debt and we are better off for the R/S. I just know in MOST companies not just scummy OTC, a r/s basically renders current shareholders money worthless. *that being said I’ve also never seen a stock hold this well after a R/s was announced.
I personally have lost a lot of respect for Mark at this point. First off you don’t say no R/S and then do one right after you say that ad secondly if he really said he “can’t keep track of all major business decisions”, we’ll them maybe it’s time to step down and turn it over to someone who can.
