JMHO, based on the conflicting claims now surfacing of reinfections the only way to provide the safest wok environment would require a minimum bi weekly testing.
Why I believe the antbody test is not the answer and the testing for the active virus is
"Some people — because they had mild or no symptoms, for example — might have developed antibodies that are too weak to prevent re-infection. Conversely, others who have low levels of IgG may still be protected."

The point of testing IS NOT, who is healthy to go back to work the point is to stop a CARRIER of the virus from bringing it to an enclosed environment and contaminating it.
