toxzl2 - while I appreciate your optimism, you als

If their intent is to not r/s until 2021 so they can uplist, why announce it now?
The r/s, when completed, is going to bring the o.s. down to roughly 8 million shares, however, the a.s. will still be at 14 billion after the 3 billion reduction. IMO, that is not going to make any shareholder feel good about their investment. Why not do a reduction that will have the new share structure look like the current share structure which is the o.s is roughly 20% of the a.s. By that model, you have an a.s. of 40 million. Unfortunately, there is still just way way way too much room to dole out more shares in the future which will diminish our investment that much greater.
As of today, the current share price would be only 70 cents post split which is nowhere near what is needed to uplist. And sadly, this company has done nothing but delay their so-called forecasts of revenues incoming.
And this is coming from someone with 7 million shares held (14000 post split)
So I would like to hear from you as to why you are so confident that what are attempting to do will in fact work. And trust me when I say this....I hope you are dead on with your analysis.
