Just read the filing- Transaction applied to all
Ram/GW & MK has 180m+ common as well
Odd timing- he just said not until money is in the bank. Are they getting their $10m from ACS?
OS will be reduced to 6,884,632
If he comes up with some positive news, and with the low OS, hope we can recoup our investments.
It has been a frustrating experience.
