I think you may be confusing fundraising to purchase vials vs an entity purchasing the vials for use in their country.
My interpretation of the interview the other day when NP mentioned fundraising is that CYDY is working to gather the funds necessary to order the 1 million vials of leronlimab from Samsung. Fundraising may include grants, dilutive financing, non-dilutive financing, a loan, etc.
I did not interpret his statement as meaning there’s an entity (the country of India, for example) that is attempting to purchase the 1 million vials. That not considered fundraising.
