I call BS...sorry, just don't buy it. If we were really "5 days away", then you finish the damn thing. Truth is, we were NEVER that close- not last week, last month, last quarter, last year, yet the CEO continued to go public with misleading statements. You can argue whether or not Nader actually knew it, but I don't believe it for a second.
Secondly, the "good of humanity" line is complete BS. There are people with MDR HIV and cancer than need the drug approved - ie BLA.
ZERO credibility.
