For some reason TDA is not picking up many of the PRs. I shot a quick email over to Todd and Joe to let them know and Joe got right back. He was not aware that PRs were not being picked up and agreed that it was not good and they are going to investigate with their news service.
Considering TDA is not only the biggest but also regarded as the best trading platform this could be playing some part in the PPS issues.
