168 calls to Michigan unemployment yesterday. Message High call volume over 2 hour wait and they then disconnect the call and hang up. Process is suppose to be stream lined for those displaced by covid. However people are being forced to call after doing their online sign up to get paid. No one is answering those calls at the other end in Michigan. That alone is about to cause some major problems as it has been 4 weeks now, Most live paycheck to paycheck.
