For $AMBS shareholders - it is critical that we understand that Iust do for Todos what is best for Todos. If we are successful at Todos, $AMBS will be a major major beneficiary. At Todos the management team is focused on executing its plans for breast cancer and JV on COVID /1
$AMBS operations are focused on Hempori right now, and we are making MAJOR progress. An update will be out shortly. We have moved the business online given stay at home orders, and orders are picking up - now outpacing in-store. Some believe CBD could confer immune benefits /2
We have signed multiple LOIs regarding product partnerships with leading companies, and international distribution channels, as well as leading doctors for professional sports teams (NFL/NBA) who love the pain cream /3
We are evaluating how to fortify our supply chain, but given potential dilution of any acquisition, we want to be mindful with price down here. All convertibles eligible to convert right now have done so, with about 5M shares remaining until immediate ‘overhang’ is gone... /4
There are more convertibles, but the key is there are not multiple sellers with available shares, we are looking to consolidate the selling into a single investor to mitigate competitive selling which is really the big driver of price decline /5
With that being said, we continue to believe that the only path forward is executing on the strategy of seeing value from the current equity assets and pending equity (Todos acquisition of Breakthrough) and the creation of value via Hempori. /6
Now that Hempori is online, we can compete on a level playing field and have been working with our manufacturing partner to ensure product quality and we are sourcing innovation (CBG) to further differentiate. The pain cream is our killer product that sports teams love /7
The patients who believe they are deriving benefit from our tinctures and other products remain loyal throughout this period, and word of mouth on product quality is spreading. The pain cream will be the main driver for online marketing given FDA and tech genius’ positions /8
More information will be forthcoming in the update, however by no means have we stopped working on $AMBS - the focus is on where we can create value and during this period of transition we’ve had to secure and focus on areas where we have control. Todos remains main driver
