I do agree a stronger headline or more meat in the PR will generate more excitement, but stocks also trade higher based on potential. Maybe it's just me, but when I read it I got the feeling they're not only in the race for a vaccine they're doing quite well in that race. Or maybe it's my wishful thinking.
