The QDXTM HealthID service features an open and extensible architecture that is capable of monitoring and tracing outbreaks of other diseases, including epidemics and pandemics. In particular, it supports multiple methods of authenticating the individuals being tested, those that are administering the test, and the test kits themselves, whether they be to detect the presence of the virus itself or associated antibodies.
This is important because, "governments and health agencies must operate with the highest levels of confidence in the authenticity of all aspects of medical testing in order to coordinate effective treatment responses."
ID Management is crucial building confidence and HealthID can facilitate trust in the process of testing for Covid-19 by-
1. authenticating the individuals being tested (make a positive ID of the subject)
2. those that are administering the test, (an immutable QD ID for Testers)
3. and the test kits themselves, (an immutable QD Code for each test)
HealthID systems could be sold as SAAS to all goverment levels and Immutable QD Codes for Labeling Tests could number in the 100s of millions and be another source of income.
