We know something: NOBODY is going to help us. No FDA, no press, no NIH, no government.
Why ?? Well, they all have their own interests (that do not coincide with CYDY's) and let me just stop right there before I go into political quicksand.
But, we need to save lives and launch Leronlimab to make money …
How do we do it ???
We need to convince them. Period.
How do we do it ???
Data, data and more data. Really, the rest is noise …
And we are in pretty good shape. Patients are being treated, we will have "full house" (75 enrolled) in a couple of weeks at most. And the P2 Medium-Moderate trial is only 14 days long (data-gathering wise). And we will start with Serious 2b/3 (if we did not start already).
So, everything, as far as COVID goes, circulates around one number: p-value. And, as far as I can see, with the anecdotal information we have, we should be able to have a pretty low number (<0.05). Of course, I do not have any hard evidence (nor anybody apart from the doctors that already have treated several patients) BUT I trust Drs. Patterson and Lalezari, both have said exactly the same thing: the blood-work analysis shows an improvement that coincides with the theoretical moa of Leronlimab.
As the famous bible words:
The evidence will set us free.
Some of us have waited years for this moment (to see Leronlimab in the market) … and is arriving … (in the mean-time most of us are in the green as well).
Medium to moderate will be over soon. Also, if the data is good the 50 patients interim analysis might stop the Severe trial right there (I wouldn't be surprised), depending, of course on our results. If the trend continues these will be stellar.
