in all fairness, you have a ceo making ridiculous claims that the trial could enroll in a day. this is not something a ceo w/ clinical trial experience should be stating under any circumstances. he should know it takes time for hospital adminsitrators to move on this stuff. he should know it requires patient or family consent and he should know that takes time. he should guide conservatively, but he consistently doesn't.
it doesn't do anyone any good.
the guy needs to learn to pad his guidance...significantly.
