This is a free country to come and go as we please so that to me would contribute to the virus.
If I wanted to kill off a country of people or so so, I would try and find what is different in the chemistry of an Asiatic verses a typical American. I would concentrate on developing a virus to attack the dissimilar difference in our chemistry.
The bio-virus problem is going to cause a big political problem worldwide before this is all said and done.
