I wasn't telling anyone how to design a testing kit. I was just commenting that the suggestion of another poster would be a great idea. Not just for this test kit, but for all test kits so the virus could be studied more as to who it affects.
It would be nice if in the future there is in place an independent agency that collects close to real time information on future worldwide viruses. It is very difficult to trust what any Government is saying, and the media is just as bad.
