Investors know that LWLG has already proven that it can produce fairly substantial volumes of its 100Gb Modulator chip which could potentially be sold directly to a High Speed Optics Manufacturer like II-VI or Lumentum with a Supply Agreement Deal

But Investors also know that LWLG has quite of few Device Patents issued already this past year or so for the Integration of LWLG's Modulator into a PIC build, whether that be an Optical Sub-Assembly, Optical Engine, or a Transceiver, and Investors also know that Dr Lebby has been saying for quite a long time now that these first TOSA, an OE, or Transceiver would be something that LWLG would ultimately have to be partnering to build, and that the initial builds would most likely either be on SiP or InP (where the laser comes for free)

Ok, so based on knowing the information set out above, the logical thought is I believe that the first TOSA, or OE, or Transceiver partner is already in place under NDA

This would account for everything Investors already know,

1) the 100Gbs Modulator undergoing FINAL STEPS tweaking optimization of a couple of parameters
2) the slew of recent Device Patents
3) Dr Lebby long ago telling Investors there would be a partner for first TOSA, or OE, or Transceiver builds
4) the Multi-Pronged Business model with "Technology Transfer" being one of three prongs
5) ML maintaining Internal Revenue Forecasts and updaing them regularly

So in conclusion, I believe Investors can expect deals for either one or both of these,

1) Supply Agreements with High Speed Optics Manufacturer like II-VI or Lumentum

2) PIC Deals with either a High Speed Optics Manufacturer like II-VI or Lumentum or with a Network Equipment Manufacturer Intel, Cisco, Ciena
