See the big divergence starting at the end of March between the Accum/Dist line (A/D) and share price (SP)? My understanding is that the start of divergence between A/D and SP signals a change in direction for SP.
My interpretation is that a downtrend in A/D while SP rises signals a coming drop in SP as there are more sellers than buyers. Conversely, an uptrend in A/D while SP drops signals a coming rise in SP as there are more buyers than sellers.
The setup with CYDY is unique in that there is clearly a distribution, but the SP stayed level. Meaning that (HEAVY) distribution == accummulation.
This folds nicely into my earlier post about all the warrant-shares being absorbed around $3.00. Once all the warrant-shares are soaked up (sellers are done), the accumulation pressure will drive SP upward. FDA approval will act as a catalyst for a violent move upward. Bring on the violence!!
