Thanks Great Tips!!
Myself, I use the plastic cutting boards so I can soak them in the sink, scrub them down, then spray a bleach solution on them and let it soak in for about 15 minutes, then scrub them down again, then run it through the dishwasher face down on the top rack.
clean.
