Could be a control issue between the lenders (above the banks) but oil will not fail it can't. Far too much is based of the US Basket worth worldwide. The only way I see Oil changing would be if the swings far more percentage worth into GOLD. I have a slight worry if we do that that digital currency may develop far too much sway hurting both oil and Gold worth when it comes to the top 14 Countries of the world.
As for moon exploration and recovery to the point of drastic economic change will not be in our lifetime, nor doubt we will see the much of it as it is an unforgiving environment. In order to produce that effort huge buildings and machinery would be needed. the machinery would run inside of these huge building to also process everything. Now that, would change the world forever.
