A few of my thoughts about the upcoming Q. Remembe
Post# of 1425
As far as the numbers go the Q will not show anything significant. It will also show dilution. After the Magnolia and Ontario deals fell through the SP crashed to sub penny. As a result notes converted back then converted at a high share number. As an example for every 1,000.00 note converting at say .004 would be 250k in shares. The company had no choice to Raise the AS to make sure they could cover the increasing OS. At the same time it gave shareholders a chance to accumulate shares at basement prices.
I was happy the Ontario deal was not signed. It was one sided towards Ontario. Perhaps Jody didn't fully understand what he was leading the company into. I'm sure that's why Gary took control back as CEO and Jody became COO.
I think everyone should read the Q especially the subsequent events section. This will give shareholders a picture of what's been going on with the company since the fall and where the company is heading.
We know from the different PR's released the UK deal is signed. Just waiting on the data results confirming what current hospitals know since no system has been returned. Annihilyzer and the HOCI it makes is the best way to meet CMS compliance at the same time cutting down room disinfection time to 10 minutes. The companies HOCI fluids are non toxic, green and EPA approved for most pathogens including CV-19.
We also know fluid production has increased to 10k gal per day besides what's being produced by our sub's and distributors. The company has also stated record revs in March or Q1 with profitability. This should continue for many Q's as more distributor's come online and further brand exposure. The last line of the latest PR tells me Annihilyzer are increasing in the U.S and UK. The ability for the company to streamline production means more untis can be shipped with decreasing install times.
The company is growing and a different animal than it was in the summer.
I never look back from where a company/SP was but the potential of where it can go.
I see high demand for the companies products into the future. Industries are going to take a hard look at there disinfection protocols and PCTL is in a prime position for increasing business.
