To be clear, the majority of the financial information in the subsequent data section had already been publicly released and discussed on this board. I don’t believe this was released on Thursday because the information it contains is a surprise or negative. The final “event”, regarding the note holder demanding more shares, Is new but I don't think it’s a major issue.
