AGC has been making commercial grade product for quite awhile now. A CMC approval under emergency could be made very quickly with increased testing during production. Samsung was already starting to set up a CMC submission for HIV. I believe NP said that in January.

Either way production could start immediately and take 1 month. If the FDA doesn't approve the product made now for distribution in the U.S. we have the rest of the world to sell it too.
