Also, Is Nader sandbagging the BLA on purpose? Just a few days ago it was "days" away now it is end of April? hmmm
Submitting the BLA gives the FDA an out for emergency approval in a way. FDA could easily say "We are current reviewing the BLA submission expeditiously as possible" VS an Emergency Approval Request is telling the FDA let people die or approve now... - Checkmate -
