I'm afraid you are correct. However, the one thing that could change this is widespread media coverage.

This is what I take issue with. The 2 week/4 week endpoints seem somewhat random. If Severe patients are showing substantial improvement in 1 week, and moderate patients in a few days, there is no reason to push the evaluation out to 2/4 weeks.
