Why would a large retail broker turn down my reque

Why would a large retail broker turn down my request to assist me with my restricted shares of CYDY? I wont name the broker, but if others have already transferred there rule 144 shares out of Computershare to another broker, i would love to get the name of that broker.

Thanks for getting back with this information. We are not able to accept the CYDY securities at this time unfortunately due to a business decision. While this is the decision today, it does not mean that we will not accept it in the future. I apologize for the inconvenience however please let me know if there's anything else I can help out with!
