Buildit, sorry for my late response. I have not been on this message board yesterday evening. So I have only seen your direct reply to my message now.
Here is what I have wrote in my previous message:
Processes are extremely slow and we just need to have a little more patience until they are able to publicly announce the agreement/cooperation/research grant with/from the US government and/or any other government or foundation in the world.
... and have left the impression that this was all part of Joe's open letter.
In fact, only the first 4 words was an attempt to quote the letter, but as I have now read part of the letter again, I have to admit, that even that is an exaggeration, and I must have more read it from somebody else on here, who quoted a direct message from Joe, who stated it that way.
Everything else is my summary of what was written here, I read in emails from Todd and my "wishful thinking" added to it.
So my apologies if I misguided you or anybody else on here, when I wrote "According to the most recent open letter:" and then continued with the paragraph quoted above.
