We know that the UP enema treatment put people in remission. My GUESS, and it's only a guess, is that if the pill works for the other GI indications, people might remain in remission for awhile, and then if symptoms start again, have another course of treatment. That would be a lot better than having to take various immune-suppressing drugs daily, some of which have extremely scary side effects. Some of those TV ads for them spend 1/3 of the time on the product, and 2/3 of the time on the side effects and how you should call your doctor right away if you get them.
Don't you wonder what happens if someone is taking these immune-suppressing drugs and then they get exposed to the flu or COVID-19? Brilacidin has the great advantage of seemingly not hurting your own immune system.
But of course all of this is speculation at this point.
