The filings have to do with an offering of securities. The related persons listed are Daniel DelGiorno, Craig Brunet and Joseph Marcus all officers and executives of CSI. Craig and Daniel are both ACS employees, not sure about Joseph. Not listed by name but counted in a box were a total of 11 investors currently involved at a minimum of $50,000 per unit.
