Why not merge with ACS? They made $34.8 Million over the last six Qs. They are a vendor of SFOR product. They owe us millions because of their deferred payment for some of our IP and sales of that IP based product. Why not merge with this vendor to obtain their sales force and marketing? Because they owe us so much, SFOR is in a position of strength to negotiate merger terms. Instead of just posting thumbs down give me your reasons why a merger with ACS is such a bad idea. Thank you.
