Ok we are almost there to the NASDAQ
we have 1250000 shares--check
2200 shareholders--check
a stock price of 4 dollars time of listing--pending almost there
and listing requirement number 4--check
Standard No. 4:
Assets With Equity
Companies can eliminate the cash flow and revenue requirements, and decrease its marketing capitalization requirements to $160 million if their total assets total at least $80 million and their stockholders' equity is at least $55 million.
So as far as I can tell once we get to 4 bucks we can list on the NASDAQ
I guess I do have a job, I am a CYDY shareholder but they don't count that so my umemployment checks will be arriving soon.
