I like your assessment of the open letter from Joe.
To your 3), I had the exact same thought when I read it earlier!! Reading between the lines sounds a little fishy, absolutely. Upon signing they were supposed to pay 1 Mill. USD upfront to cover GNBT's expenses. And that money was obviously not paid yet.
To your 4). It is understandable that they are not sending any vaccine prospects to China and do what they agreed upon to do, as long as the Chinese are not doing what they have agreed to. First, there was supposed to be the first payment, which sounds as if never happened, and then, second, they were supposed to send the peptide/vaccine candidates to China. So, I fully agree, if the FIRST never happened, I second that they are NOT doing their part, especially to Chinese, who give a heck about IPs and stuff.
