We need 2 manufacturers if approved ASAP. I didn't know about manufacturing, but based what I saw here from professionals (and thank you), they need a quick batch.. maybe a one week run. They second manufacturer can into a 10 day run simultaneously. And the gradually increase manufacturers run time on later batches.
In that way, they would have money for smaller batches for upfront payments. And more money to pay the later orders.
We need an Asia sales office as well, immediately. Preferably in Hong Kong (free zone) or Seoul (Samsungs home), noting China has about 1.3B population, India, Russia and other places with difficulties approving large payments to U.S corporations. Just an incorporate, an address and a bank account there. As they cannot funnel Hundreds of million in U.S. and out of U.S. to pay Samsung.
Its very costly and has many implications for both Cytodyn recievable and payable, spot or future exchange rate costs and also implications for many paying countries, to approve and clear U.S. funds. Other benefits includes using low rate financial markets in Asia. One one exchange rate cost if office is in Seoul.
All accountings with Samsung can be there and only excess profits and non working capitals received by U.S.
Implications will be very much and Nader better. think of moving HQ to Delaware to protect corporation immediately.
Down the road we can have offices in tax haven as well to defer taxes on money required for future acquisitions but there is no urgency to that. For now there is so much money getting involved and Nader would need to real get a hard start here before any complication arises.
