140 employees x $100K = $1.4M / 12 = $1,166,667 x 250% = $2,916,666
That's if the average fully loaded salary with benefits is $100K/yr
If the average is $125K/yr, that is $3,645,833

If it is $3M-4M, can that effect the stock price?
