As to how you derived a $142 share price.
First I would ask who can afford to pay 99B?
Secondly, we are still pre revenue no matter
The potential.
And being pragmatic, I believe the majority of
Shareholders would take $42 (not $142)
In a heartbeat. It doesn’t have to do with
Due diligence or true value but the fact that
It’s a lot of money to not accept.
