I'm with ya on this. Nadar has done a lot of good things. But that doesn't excuse setting improper expectations. The argument that the FDA is changing things may very well be true, but as a business leader myself I can say with confidence that the buck stops with me. It is my job, and Nadars to temper expectations up until the point that the outcome is a certainty.
With that said, I think Nadar knows that now. It does seem to me he is moving in that direction.
