Might be a stupid question but would there be any

Might be a stupid question but would there be any reason they actually couldn’t put out a PR if they were working with government or I believe there was something said about a silent period for the S-1 a few weeks back?

Is there a reason they would be required to stay silent about certain if not all things happening in the company?

I am a natural optimist (which in trading needs to be kept in constant check) but reading Mr. Falls reply to Zoli yesterday, especially the first couple paragraphs, It really read to me like they are still working on a lot and just can’t actually put a PR out or CC to fill investors in on things right now.

I’ll paraphrase a little but I think it was the end of the second paragraph read “we are working on everything you are asking about and we will fill investors in when we can” that same sentiment was reiterated one or two other places in that reply I took that to mean they cant actually tell us right now. And I don’t know enough about the back workings here or of any circumstance that might make that the situation?

I’d appreciate some input. Even if it is just a quick “no that’s stupid”
