Distributed Bio must have a big name backer because their about a decade or more behind leronlimab. They literally just manufactured their antibody in the past month or two and haven’t even collected preclinical or a phase 1 for safety. To think the FDA would give them compassionate use for COVID19 in the next 6 months is an insane idea.

Oh, they’re also “crowd funding” to raise money. I respect their drive and enthusiasm, and the ability of their small company to get on Fox News, but the COVID19 pandemic will have passed and a vaccine will be nearly complete by the time their anti-body is even tested in a sick patient, of ever.

Note in the excerpt from their website below that they have a, “panel of antibodies,” which means they haven’t even identified the most likely antibody yet.
