LocWolf, no, I hadn't thought that at all. Given the manner in which Quirk and Kowbel handled Neo, the 10-k could only do one thing: show how badly they handled their fiduciary responsibilities. There is no way it could have been flattering, and I also believe something was really wrong with the way those two handled things, beyond the mere fact that they were over their heads. I've always wondered if they were in bed with Neo, and I even emailed Quirk one time to ask if he was getting any personal benefit. That's how bad things were.
Appears to me that the current HDC team has been hoping that a deal would happen before they had to get in front of shareholders. Must have gone sideways, since now they've panicked. Or, of course, perhaps they've never really started to work on the 10-k at all. Not sure.
Either way, in light of the coronavirus, and HDC's inept approach to everything, the shareholder meeting will obviously not be happening any time soon. Non-compliance reigns.
