Seems to me that SFOR Management is throwing everything up against the wall they can to delay the K and delay providing Accurate information on Revenue and implementation of deals IMHO

Note: no reason to delay K, most accounting, verification, and audits for small companies is done electronically anyway. Again, their reports are not complicated anyway, beyond stock derivative which are formulated for ease.
