Sound like the right senior level role but a few mid level worker bees would good.
We now have some money and need to do a modest org build out if we expect revenue soon.
You can always downsize if need be or fill mid level roles with contract to hire roles that will hopefully be brought on full time.
People are available in this economy.
Nader is working like crazy and it is not healthy and can lead to mistakes.
