This question seems to have been lost in the heated exchange that followed.

I will respond:

In yesterday's Proactive video, NP very clearly stated that he was meeting with the FDA on Thursday to share the results from the 8 Emergency IND patients, and that Dr. Bruce Patterson would supply the FDA results on the remaining 2 patients when they became available.

You can watch his specific reference by clicking on this YouTube link:

https://youtu.be/Nh3REKqyzMI

Now, I had assumed that the timing of the Fox interview was largely based on the fact that the results from the last 2 patients were going to be available -- thereby allowing NP to perform a "victory dance" of sorts during the interview. In other words, "Emergency IND: Mission Accomplished" -- now we move on to trials.

However, if the assumption that the last 2 patient's data actually became available today, I could easily imagine how putting the data in front of the FDA today became a priority over the interview.

Conversely, if the remaining 2 patients' data did not become available today, I can still imagine a scenario where the FDA spent last night digesting what was presented to them yesterday regarding the other 8 patients -- and they wanted to schedule a follow-up meeting to expand the dialog with CytoDyn.

As others have suggested, there a many other explanations for why the interview was delayed. However, with the stock price currently having largely retraced and reversed its losses -- I view the delay as being nothing but beneficial -- for the reasons I already stated in an earlier post.
