David, respectfully, as I’m no business man and not afraid to admit it,,,,,, small gas stations exist and thrive, as everyone doesn’t get there gas from Exxon, etc. why not carve out your niche, ( fast speed, Pic quality) and take what you get, slowly getting more. At least boost income to a point that other things can get moving.
