Hi Todd,
thanks for your quick response, even though you have not left me with much additional information. I hope though, that you and the rest of the management team have read it carefully and now at least know all the open questions that we shareholders are asking ourselves and would really like to receive answers for!?
From your message, I received an additional reminder on yet another pressing question that I actually have and that has been discussed heavily in various message boards.
You state that you're still working on GNBT's uplisting to Nasdaq, but for that, as you surely know, the share price needs to be back to the >$2 range. During the last CC, I explicitly asked Joe about the measures he wants to apply to get the pps back into the required range. And in summary, he referred to the NGIO spin-off that should be doing that trick. Now that that NGIO IPO is delayed further - correct me if I am wrong, but my estimate is that it is not going to happen before June or even July - what else, if not Covid-19 news, would be capable of driving the pps that far up?
Knowing that even the Excellagen roll out would require additional funding, which in turn, and at the current share price level, would cause crazy dilution of the shareholder value to acquire it through giving out the required amount of shares.
So what is the strategy to get out of this vicious cycle? Simply wait these few extra months, while we watch the pps to further drop? Hopefully not!
Please, in general, provide us with more relevant information regularly! Simply skip those "news" on supported charities or talks to be given and focus those material PRs not so much on the excitement of your management team about the news, but tell us the hard facts as to why you are excited and why we shareholders should, too. Of course, not everything always needs to be about the money, I fully second such a statement, but I believe only such hard facts, or at least related estimates, have the potential to seriously bring the pps back up such that there actually is a fighting chance to meet that minimum share price requirement from Nasdaq.
Thanks a lot for your hard work and effort. Keep it up and stay healthy during this crisis.
Best regards from Germany
