Financials for 2019 announced.
Growth as a business in 2019.
Revenue was off due to some previously announced factors eg very large starting inventories for our initial distribution partners.
Business foundation now stronger:
- Cleaned up the corporate structure through buybacks and cancellations of shares.
- Reduced overall share count.
- Raised capital.
- Shares now approved for DTC eligibility.
Although share price doesn’t reflect it currently, company is much healthier than a year ago.
Volatility in the stock discussed in previous PR - temporary issue due to current market conditions.
Continuing on path to become a diversified holding company with independent divisions producing many best of class product lines in their categories.
Accomplished many good things over the last 12 months.
- Brought on several advisors to help navigate challenges of growing a beverage company to a national scale.
- Advisors have helped us in several areas - including web design and intellectual property creation - to opening opportunities in many different distribution channels.
- These advisors on board to put additional focus into research and development and nutraceutical manufacturing.
- Successfully created own water soluble CBD, water-soluble Kratom additive.
- Working on several other initiatives in the lab.
- These proprietary technologies will provide explosive growth prospects with these product lines.
- Have been working closely with several different International opportunities.
Private label contract manufacturing was a larger part of the revenue for the year while have expanding into developing own technologies.
Due to worldwide pandemic, switching from doing several planned trade shows to focus on more direct to consumer initiatives.
