How is it going? Wanted to ask your opinion about TRNX It seems to be getting a lot of volume at its lowest low.
They have news of Prospects and two 8-K's: we are offering 11,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”). The shares of Common Stock are being sold directly to a certain accredited investor pursuant to a securities purchase agreement dated April 1, 2020. The 11,000,000 shares are being sold at a purchase price of $0.1518 per share.
