If we end the day above $2 tomorrow, do we meet the other requirements to be listed on the Nasdaq? If so , I assume there needs to be an intensive filing with the Nasdaq. Has that been prepared or will we need to prepared it?
I understand that Nader is not ready to have us listed on the Nasdaq, but it is a more controlled environment and it will help us to avoid these OTCQ market makers and professional traders.
It looks like close to 50% of the volume was short sellers.
